✅ Viento Exchange and Return Policy

📌 Exchange Policy:

• We accept exchange requests within 2 days of delivery.
• The exchange process will take up to 7/8 working days.
• An exchange delivery charge of LKR 550/- will be applied.
• If the same item (size or color) is available, we will exchange it directly. If not, you can choose another item of equal value.
• When our rider arrives with the exchange item, please ensure that your parcel is safely packed and ready for collection.
• Please do avoid sending the parcel to us through any other courier service at any time.

📌Return Policy:

• We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery.
• The item(s) must be returned with the invoice, in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.  Return using registered post or a courier service of your choice, at your own cost.
• Once we receive the returned parcel, we will inspect it for any damage. item must not be worn, washed or damaged. The tag must be attached.
• If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to your provided bank account within 3 to 4 working days.
• We will refund the value of the returned item(s) but will not refund any shipping charges paid.

Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items : Any discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
