✅ Viento Exchange and Return Policy

📌 Exchange Policy:

ordered the wrong size or design? It can be exchanged. Several special actors are considered during exchange.

We accept exchange requests within 2 days of delivery.
The exchange process will take up to 7/8 working days.
An exchange delivery charge of LKR 350 will be applied.
If the same item (size or color) is available, we will exchange it directly. If not, you can choose another item of equal value.
When our rider arrives with the exchange item, please ensure that your parcel is safely packed and ready for collection.
Please do avoid sending the parcel to us through any other courier service at any time.

📌Return Policy:

We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery.
Please send the item back to us using registered post or a courier service of your choice, at your own cost.
Once we receive the returned parcel, we will inspect it for any damage.
If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to your provided bank account within 3 to 4 working days.

The following conditions may apply when making a return.
The tag must be attached.
T shirt must not be worn, washed or damaged.
Must be packed safely and send it back to us with the invoice
